There are 3 ways to view and reply to your tickets:
- On our website: if you already have registered an account at Next-Cart, all submitted tickets will display on your dashboard overview page. Please note that the email of your account must be the same email you used to submit the tickets.
- On our Helpdesk: from your dashboard overview, click the Helpdesk button. Then click Tickets on the menu.
- Via email: all updates in the tickets will be forwarded to your email. You can check and reply to the tickets directly from your mailbox.
*Note: sometimes the notification email is sent to your Spam folder. To make sure the email is not sent to your Spam folder, please whitelist our email domain @next-cart.com.
