There are 2 ways to check and reply to your tickets:
- On our website: if you already have registered an account at Next-Cart, you can view and reply to the ticket from your dashboard. Please note that the email of your account must be the same email you used to submit the ticket.
- On our Helpdesk: log in to your account, then click Tickets on the menu.
- Via email: all updates in the ticket will be redirected to your email. You can check and respond to the ticket directly from your mailbox.
*Note: sometimes the notification email is sent to your Spam folder. To make sure the email is not sent to your Spam folder, please whitelist our email domain @next-cart.com.
